All orders are placed 1 week in advance. If you order this week (Fri–Tue), your sweets will be baked next weekend.

Because our weekly capacity is full. We only take orders from Friday to Tuesday. After that, everything shows as “Sold Out” until the next Friday.
This system ensures we can bake everything fresh and deliver with the highest quality. If it’s sold out, you just need to wait for the next Friday to place your order in advance.
At Levalicious, we believe in freshness and quality first.
That’s why we only bake on Saturday (for pick-up) and Sunday (for shipping). This ensures every sweet is freshly made for you, never stored.

✨ Freshly baked on Saturday. Pick-up between 12:30–1:30 pm
(sometimes a little later if we’re finishing fresh baking — we’ll contact you if so).
✨ Orders are:
- shipping Booked Thursday
- Freshly baked Sunday
- Packed & collected by couriers Monday morning
- Tracking available Monday night
⏳ Melbourne delivery: 1–2 days.

Note : Perth/Queensland: Express delivery recommended.

The price you pay for sweets is only for high-quality products.
✨ Yes 💛 We use trusted couriers (TNT, Couriers Please, UPS). If delays/damages happen, we cover it or assist with insurance if added.
✨ No worries 🌸 We bake fresh and send right away. Even after 5 days, your sweets will taste fresh because they are never stored long before baking.

✨ For the best quality:
- Remove from plastic bags and place in airtight containers.
- Store in the fridge or freezer depending on how long you want to keep them.
- Kolompeh & Ghotab: Stay fresh 2–4 weeks in fridge/freezer.
- Komach Sehen: Best within 1–2 weeks because of the fresh wheat.
✨ Komach is made with fresh wheat germ, which is rich in natural oils. That makes it extra nutritious but also more delicate — it needs to be stored carefully and eaten sooner for the best taste.
